URSULA MARIA CARTER
Ursula (Halsmieir) Carter passed away April 20, 2022 due to complications from Parkinson's Disease.
Ursula was born in Graz, Austria, on November 9, 1947 daughter of Ann Maria and Michael Bauer. When her mother died, she came to Winnipeg to live with her aunt and uncle Horst and Dr. Astrid Pacher. Ursula worked at a Royal Bank. She married John Carter June 27, 1970.
Donations may be made to the Parkinson's Society of BC, the Heart and Stoke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
