August 11, 1939 - November 26 ,2022
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband father and Papa Joe.
Following a lengthy illness Joseph passed away peacefully with his family by his side on November 26, 2022 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 83.
He will be deeply missed and remembered by his best friend and devoted love of his life, wife Gail; daughters, Heather, Susan (Wayne) and Sandra (Mark); grandchildren, Ally (Adrian) Rae (Stephen), Kyle, Luke, Eric (Samantha), Carter; great-grandchild Luca; sisters, Nene DiLisa, Marie Attardo, Toronto, ON, and Angela Comella, Chicago, IL.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday December 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg, MB R2G 1P4 with a viewing prior to the service at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Kildonan Presbyterian Cemetery, 2373 Main St., Winnipeg, MB R2V 4T6.

Was so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. He was bigger than life and my husband Dave and I always admired his creativity and ingenuity. I am deeply saddened to hear of your dads passing. Some of my fondest childhood memories were that of your dad taking all of us for rides in his 2+2.
