FRANCES KUNTZ
(nee GLOWATZKY)
1932 - 2022
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our mother, grandma, Frances Kuntz, aged 90, on December 8, 2022.
Blessed with her memory are her sons, Brian and Glen; special granddaughters, Katanya and Aleena; as well as devoted relatives and friends.
Her strengths and regular phone calls, and visits fueled her drive to continue her journey, in the years beyond passing the of Edward in 2005. Frances loved the outdoors, especially the cold wintery weather. She was proud to be a rugged woman of strength, and was steadfast in her beliefs. She had a quiet way to her, crafting plans with a gentle persistence to ensure the best possible outcome. She would research the deep meanings of words, to her the right message was to be profound. When she delivered these words, she was very passionate, and they were delivered with the utmost value. One of the drivers in Frances' life was her spirituality and she had no problems going against the norm when she knew it was the right thing to do. She truly believed in holistic, organic growth and it had to be from the souls of the earth.
The funeral service will be held on December 12, 2022, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue at 10:00 a.m.

It is with sincere deep sympathy that I send my condolences to you at the passing of Francis. She was a marvel to me because she walked every single day very early in the morning and she would talk to you on her phone even while she was waiting for the bus to go to hot yoga. She cooked my husband and I potato latkes when we visited, a few years later, she cooked my sister and I potato latkes when we visited. I wish I lived closer we could’ve visited more often.
