MAGDALENE ANGELA FOLEY
July 13, 1934 – December 26, 2022
The family announces the passing of Magdalene Angela Foley (nee Adjivon), formally of Freetown, Sierra Leone. The death occurred in Winnipeg on December 26, 2022; at the age of 88 years old.
She is survived by her children Felix, Matilda, Mary, Veronica, Augustina, Roseline and Margaret; three son-in-laws; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; her older brother Daniel in Sierra Leone; Agnes, Edith, and Anastasia in Togo. Numerous nieces and nephews overseas.
Funeral mass will be held at St. Gerard Catholic Church, 45 Foster Street in Winnipeg on Wednesday January 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., and interment will take place at the St. Boniface cemetery.
