It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Toni, our mother and grandmother on January 10, 2023 at the age of 97.
She was predeceased by her husband Jack; parents, Carrie and Charlie; brothers, Emile (Irene), Art (Betty); sister Bernice (Dave); and nephews, Jordan and George.
Mom dearly loved her family and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Sandra (Dennis); grandchildren, Beau and Caroline (Dean), and nieces.
Toni was born and raised in St. Vital. She was a talented artist and avid photographer and excelled at gardening, knitting, needlepoint and crocheting afghans.
She was a wonderfully giving person, volunteering and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Kind thoughts and warm remembrances of Mom would be an honourable memorial to her.
We'd like to thank the wonderful people at Golden Door Geriatric Centre who cared for Toni over many years.
Cremation has taken place with a private service to follow.
