MARY ROSELLA KAUK
(nee HENDERSON)

After her valiant struggle with cancer, Mom passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at the age of 85.
She was survived by her much loved partner of 40 years, Bill Viktoruk, son Allan (Sue), daughters, Mary Ann, Linda (Gord), and her pride and joy, grandson Ryan.
Mom was extremely passionate about curling in the winter and golfing in the summer. One of her proudest moments was in 1994 when her team scored an 8 ender in curling, the plaque and picture were always prominently displayed in her home.
The biggest joy in Mom's life was her grandson, Ryan. Mom enjoyed spending time with Ryan, taking him to the park and feeding him his favourite foods.
Mom and Bill enjoyed travelling, taking their yearly trip to Cuba, seeing the many friends they made there and picking shells on the beach. In between trips they would take bus trips to Mahnomen to try their luck in the casino and travel to Grand Forks for shopping and a little bit of golf.
Mom was always an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 215 where they would go dancing every Friday and Saturday night.
Per her wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place in the spring. Mom's final resting place will be in the Memorial Gardens at Pine Ridge Golf and Country Club.
