KEITH HAMILTON
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Keith Hamilton on January 23, 2023 at St. Boniface Hospital.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Betty, three children Sharon, Carol, and Ray (Kathy), brother Paul, sisters Adeline and Jennifer, also many family and friends.
Keith was born and raised in Jamaica. In 1960, he moved to London, England where he met and married Betty. In 1971, the family moved to Winnipeg.
Keith's passion for cars and trucks led him to a career as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic, until retirement from Borland Industries.
In the last few years, Keith developed dementia and was living in a personal care home.
We would like to express our gratitude to the staff at River East Personal Care Home, for their care, support, and the wonderful sense of humour with Keith.
We would also like to thank Lori, our spiritual care provider at St. Boniface Hospital.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment to follow at Glen Lawn Cemetery.
Family and friends may sign a book of condolence at www.glenlawn.ca.

Betty, Sharon & family We are so sorry to hear of Keith's passing. We enjoyed seeing Keith and his beautiful smile when he could come down to Faith Lane for a visit (especially before Covid when there was ice cream handed out!) Your great sense of humor helped many of us embrace whatever was happening with a positive attitude and to look on the bright side. I will especially miss our chats and laughs. Our condolences to all of you. Jan & Audrey - Posted by: Jan & Audrey (Friend) on: Jan 30, 2023

We will truly miss Keith and Betty at the PCH as you both brought such joy and comfort to us all. There was always a joke to lift the mood when Covid hit and we all had to stand outside waiting to get in. Who knew we would miss those times of fellowship. Thank you Keith and Betty for letting your light shine in a dark time. May God keep you Betty in the days ahead. Grace - Posted by: Grace and Steve Fryza (Reach friends) on: Jan 28, 2023
