WILLIAM (BILL) FREDERICK SWAN
November 26, 1946 - January 21, 2023
It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Bill Swan at his home on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the age of 76.
Bill was predeceased by his parents, James (Jim) and Zylpha (Cook); brother-in-law John Goertzen and his son Chris, also brother-in-law Gordon Cairns.
Leaving to mourn his loss is his sister Patricia Cairns of Winnipeg, numerous cousins, friends and neighbors.
Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date.
Donations in Bill's memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.

Pat, Suszanne and I extend to you our sincere condolences in your loss of Bill. We are saddened in the loss of a friend and political ally. We always had a good conversation most often about the Blue Jays, the Jets, or about politics in general. When we met for coffee at Studlers’ or at LJ’s he could be relied upon to good naturedly tease the people working there. I sat with Bill on a few different boards and got to know him as a man with a broad range of knowledge that showed in the different perspectives he brought to the table for discussion. We shall miss him! Our best to you,Pat and wishing for you a peace as you deal with this new reality. Gavin Jones P.S.
