Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Ken was a family friend, very close to my older brothers, Al and Mel Delaine. Condolences to Ruth and family, and Ken's family and friends. - Posted by: Rod Delaine (Friend) on: Feb 06, 2023

  • I worked with Ken for a number of years at Alpine W/C. First impression was of a gruff manager who'd have staff tow the line. In reality, he was nothing at all like that. Forever thoughtful and trusting; we had a fantastic group who'd assist each other to complete the entire workload at the end of day, which he endorsed; this wasn't a norm for the company. He was all about family and we were family. He and Ruth even hosted a barbeque at their place...the entire crew was invited Those were some of the most memorable of my 42 years - so many laughs. Thanks Ken - Posted by: Brian Michaluk (coworker) on: Feb 06, 2023

  • I was very sorry to hear of Ken’s passing. So sorry for your loss Ruth. I remember the good times we had years ago and often smile remembering some of our get togethers with the old MTS group! - Posted by: Shawna Rice formerly Broschuk (Old friend ) on: Feb 06, 2023
