You sang your songs that made us cheer.
Tried to tell a story we did not hear.
The struggles you had, that we hoped
you'd get through; were heartache
for us, because we loved you.
You're a son, a father, a brother and more.
Losing you seemed to slam that door.
It's been a year of pain and one of sorrow, Hoping things will get better,
with every tomorrow.
Not a second goes by can
we believe you're gone.
You were humorous, loving and caring.
That was our Don.

May we see you in paradise.
