Ian became my friend many years ago at the WK Legion when sitting with my curling team mate Gladie Watt. We were also good fishing buddies, a few bubblies at the cottages. All good memories! I'LL miss you BUDDIE! Good fishing on the other side! - Posted by: neil klassen (freind) on: Feb 18, 2023

Good bye for now my friend. We met under sad circumstances but we were able to form a wonderful friendship even though it was only 5 years. We spoke almost daily and met for lunch or coffee almost monthly but we were not able to solve any of the world problems. Unfortunately Ian’s health and COVID tried to separate us but he made the best of it. He looked forward to our visits while he was living at the Middlechurch home because I brought him his specialty vanilla mocha coffee and apple fritters and he couldn’t wait to get into them I know life wasn’t very kind to you my friend especially in the last few years and you were so young but you fought thru so much and it took its toll The suffering is over and now you will have the eternal peace and joy you deserve Gonna miss you buddy, we love you💔 - Posted by: joe missalino (Friend ) on: Feb 11, 2023
