Dear Cindy and family. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. Larry was a special guy. He had a very special relationship with my son Ryan taking him under his wing and watching over him almost daily at the golf course while Ryan pursued the game he so loved. I will always be grateful to Larry for watching over him as you also did Cindy. Ryan and I will always have a special place in our hearts for Larry. May God take him in to his loving arms and watch over him until we meet once again at the first Tee box in Heaven. - Posted by: Ron Dirr (Friend) on: Mar 04, 2023

Larry was always ready to help out and give his best. He was part of the 1981 North End Flyers who he helped get to the Canadian Championship. Him and I also shared stories on the treadmill at Shapes. Lots of Laughs with Larry. He was a gem. - Posted by: Orest Horechko (friend) on: Mar 04, 2023

Cindy, William and Arthur,I am saddened to hear of Larry’s passing. He was a husband, father and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His passion for golf, hockey and sense of humour in the locker room made each game an experience that nobody would ever forget. Whether it was celebrating a win with his teammates over a couple of beers or retelling stories from his 38 year career at CP Rail, Larry always had something entertaining to say.His kind hearted nature towards animals also showed us how much he truly cared about those around him and this is what we should remember most when thinking of Larry today. Through these memories we can cherish our time spent with him knowing that the legacy he leaves behind will live on through us all. All our thoughts are with you during this difficult time. So sorry to hear the passing of Larry . I worked with him for awhile when he came over to the yard office to train in the perishable department. Always enjoyed our conversations that we had when we were working together . I didn’t know this at the time but he knew most of my family growing up. My condolences to the Kendall family . Larry was one of a kind. Many years playing hockey together and having a few cold ones after. He was always the life of the party and brought great humour to all our games and get togethers. Very sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to all his family. Mac. - Posted by: Keith McLennan (Friend) on: Feb 25, 2023
