GARTH HUGH SHORT

Garth Hugh Short of Embrun, ON, formerly of Shoal Lake, passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 61 years.
Remaining to forever cherish his memory are his parents: Ross and Joyce Short of Shoal Lake, MB; siblings: Greg (Vickie) Short of Lac du Bonnet, MB, Shelley Short of Saskatoon, SK, Gladwyn (Karen) Short of Lloydminster, AB, Glendon (Glenda) Short of Shoal Lake, MB, Laurie (Chris) Alexiuk of Winnipeg, MB; nieces and nephews: Ash, Alana (Cody), Coal, Monte, Kelby (Nevin), Brady (Deanna), Kody, Aaron (Jasmine), Matthew (Carolina), Jordan, Mackenzie, Jamie; great nephew: Grayson; and long-time special friend Wendy Bulloch.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. from the Shoal Lake Community Hall. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or the North Shore Park (RM of Yellowhead, Box 278, Shoal Lake, MB). A celebration of Garth's life will take place in Embrun, Ontario. Date to be determined.
