May 7, 1947 - March 8, 2023

We are sad to share the passing of Bill after a brief but mighty fight against cancer on the evening of March 8, 2023 at Concordia Hospital.
Left to mourn his passing are his partner Joyce, adopted son Michael, brother Rick (Lynn), daughters, Cindy (Paul) and Kelly (Doug) and grandchildren, Brittany, Joshua, Madison, Taylor, Madyson and Melanie, along with daughter-in-law Cynthia and numerous friends.
Special thank you to Joan and Bill Fraser for their constant care and always being there for Dad.

  • So sad to hear that Bill is gone and I didn’t get a chance to see or talk to him before the tragic day. I first met Bill and his family in 1973 when my family was building the Continental Motor Hotel. Back then Bill was working for the waterworks and driving cab part time. Back then Bill lived by the creed Work Hard and Play Harder, and I think he did that. He was one of the most likeable people anyone could know and everyone enjoyed his company as well as that of his dad. We didn’t see too much of Rick or their Mom unless I visited the house. Bill was one of the good ones, who regrettably I lost touch with. It’s too bad. - Posted by: Dave Grant (Old friend ) on: Mar 11, 2023
