FRANK KEARNS
With great sadness we announce the passing of Frank Kearns in Winnipeg on March 9, 2023. Frank will be missed by his wife and best friend Christine, his brother Syd and his three wonderful children, son Kelly (Tracy), Devon and Autumn in Calgary, son Troy (Lisa), Ashley and Keri (Adam) in Comox and daughter Terri (Jordan), Ainsley and Addison in Regina. Frank was predeceased by his two sisters Joan and Marge.
Frank was born in Nipawin Sask. and spent his childhood in Carrot River, Sask. where he attended school and helped on the family farm. At age 17 he left Carrot River and moved to Moose Jaw where he worked at building the Trans Canada Pipeline. In 1957 Frank joined the RCAF as an aircraft technician. During his 43 years of service, he was stationed at various bases across Canada and Europe. In September 2000 Frank traded his military uniform for a golf shirt and since then he and Christine have travelled extensively throughout North America in search of the perfect golf course.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
