• My friendship with Jerry goes back decades to when we were teammates on a Monarch midget hockey team. We hit it off immediately as I enjoyed his brash confidence and wry humor. In the years that followed we would have chance meetings mainly at Tom Gill’s golf tournaments and we would bond again with out hesitation. My condolences to Jerry’s family and friends.
