ANDREW JOSEPH NAGY
October 8, 1941 – March 6, 2023
Andrew Joseph Nagy passed away March 6, 2023, at Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Manitoba. He is survived by his children, Margie Milne (Robin), Christine Berg (Kelly), Andrea Nagy, Amy Chezick (Harvey). Andrew was proud of his nine grandchildren (Sean, Kevin, Erin, Jessica, Jaydalyn, Ashley, Brenden, Zachary and Britany), nine great-grandchildren (Colby, Caleb, William, Violet, Jaimison, Chip, Katie, Herschel and Charlee) and eight nieces.
Andrew was predeceased by his wife Margaret in 2008 and his sister Elisabeth.
The family would like to thank the caregivers (angels) at Steinbach Bethesda Hospital for the compassionate care that Andrew was given. The family would also like to thank the Home Care staff in Sprague for the wonderful care they gave Andrew.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 28th at 2:00p.m. at Sprague Community Fellowship in Sprague, Manitoba with lunch to follow. Interment will be held at Vassar Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sprague Community Fellowship Food Bank.
