I was away from Hydro during his initial diagnosis and only found out about his passing a day after. I was floored. Wes and I worked in Safety together in Winnipeg. He was so full of energy and life. He always wanted to make things better and NO wasn't in his vocabulary. Since I left Safety, we talked a few times but I always enjoyed his company. He would always laugh at my stupid jokes and make me feel better about myself without even trying. It was his nature to make people feel good. Thank you Wes. For making my life better for knowing you. You will be missed. - Posted by: Blake Penner (Coworker/Friend) on: May 07, 2023
