Harry and I were friends growing up in Brandon, Manitoba. We shared great times memories and many friends. We attended ACC, where Harry won award for his Indian ink wood scenery picture. I know it meant a lot! I feel so privileged that he chose to gift it to me before he left to the coast. Bound and freed by love always in our hearts - Posted by: Bev (Hoefer) St Vincent (friend) on: Mar 12, 2025

I was friends with Harry’s sons when we were all much younger. I spent limited, yet impactful time with Harry. I feel I owe my appreciation and consideration of nature to him. He took us on outdoor endeavours and was sure to educate the way through. Fishing, snowshoeing, canoeing and laughing off the horseflies at Clear Lake. All still vivid in memory. My condolences to the Lads, rest up Harry. - Posted by: Kyle Marshall (Acquaintance ) on: Sep 22, 2023

Although not a close friend, I always admired his brilliant talent as an artist. I had always wished I could get a piece of his art to hang in my home. We had attended Earl Oxford school in Brandon from grade 5 through 8. He had always won ribbons every year for his art entries in the Brandon fair. We lived just two blocks apart on 22nd street in Brandon. I was searching for him on the internet today when I discovered that he had passed suddenly in May of last year. I am sorry to hear of his passing and just wanted to leave my condolences - Posted by: Vince Lelond (schoolmate in Brandon) on: Jul 07, 2023
