Dr. Heather Mestdagh, age 42, of Columbia, IL, born on June 15, 1980, in Atlanta GA, passed away in the presence of her family on May 17, 2023, at Mercy South Hospital in St Louis, MO.
Heather was raised in Winnipeg, a place that would always have her heart. She left Canada in 2007 to attend Logan Chiropractic University. After graduating she joined Mestdagh Chiropractic where she worked alongside her father until she took over the practice in 2021.
Heather was a major foodie, traveller, deal hunter, music lover and spent weekends with her family. She lived a vibrant, extraordinary life and her memory will live through many, forever.
Survived by husband Alex Muertz; daughter Winnie; parents, Laurie Mestdagh (wife Kristin) and Catherine Heuthorst (husband Theo); grandparents, Dorothy Barron and Roy Barron; sister Sarah; brother James (wife Jade); brother Sumner; nephews, Hudson and Harlan.
