Condolences to the entire family. So sorry to hear of Howard's passing. I worked with Howard through the Safetran/RCL/CP Rail years. Probably 1998 thru 2016 or later. He had a great work ethic and definitely made my job easier and more enjoyable. Loved his sense of humor and especially the way he could add to any conversations.
