KATHERINE HORNER
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Katherine Horner in Winnipeg, MB on May 25, 2023, at the age of 87.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Melvin, her children, Wayne (Dianna), Debbie Kowal, her grandchildren, Vanessa, Nick, Colin and Brendan (Lindsay) and her great-grandchildren, Kinsley and Makenna.
Katherine was a kind, caring person with a big heart, who was adored by friends and family. She was a great hostess who loved to cook. She was very active in her church and was an avid sports fan.
A memorial service will be held on June 3, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Kildonan Community Church, 2373 Main St.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.

Our condolences to Aunty Kathy's family. It was always a joy to see the the lifelong friends get together. The ladies of Club were a fun loving group of ladies, and now another one will join the heavenly group for a get together.
