Cliff was my boss when I came to Winnipeg at the age of 16. I worked for Cliff from Jan. 1957 - Aug. 1959 at the Eatons mail order Dept. 113. I remember him as a gentleman and a great boss. My condolences to the Nichol family. - Posted by: Jim Ledingham (Past employee) on: Jun 19, 2023

Our sincere condolences to the Nichol Family. He will be missed. My husband, Claude, curled with Cliff at the Fort Garry Curling Club. This is how I, Irene, was fortunate to meet with him as well. He was a wonderful man. He was a kind man. We enjoyed our conversations with him. In 2007, we were talking with him about us wanting to travel to the Maritimes. He advised us to go up to Newfoundland as well. And we took his advice, and never regretted it. Take care. - Posted by: Claude and Irene Martin (fellow curler) on: Jun 18, 2023

Cliff as we called him was our Boss at Eaton's Mailorder from 1964-67. My wife was then Yvette LaBelle and we both liked him very much. He was a good Boss and we missed him terribly when we left:) - Posted by: Rick & Yvette Boux (Former co-workers) on: Jun 17, 2023
