Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • To the Wegner Family. I am so sorry to hear of Erna's passing. She was a dear friend in church or just having coffee. She taught me how to crochet/ knit a bit. Our last meeting was just before covid came to town and we had a great time talking about our younger days. I will miss our phone conversations as well as she was a 2nd mother to me as well. Erna rest in peace and be with God and your family. We all still need your guiding hand watching over us. You are missed. • Our sincere condolences to Erna’s family from Niagara, Ontario. We have fond memories of attending the German Pentecostal Church in Winnipeg, together. Erna was faithful in singing the mixed choir and the “Gitarrenchor”. Erna remained faithful in serving the Lord and others for many years. As you grieve the loss, be blessed with the Hope we have in Jesus of one day being reunited in glory. Horst & Ruth Mielke - Posted by: Horst Mielke (Friends) on: Jun 21, 2023

  • God bless you, Ralph and family! I am so sorry to hear of your mother's death. So nice to know that Jesus, her Saviour, came and took her home. We look forward to that going-home-day, and live each day in thnksgiving. We rejoice in God's grace and mercy to and through your mother. And though we mourn, we do not mourn as those who have no hope. - Posted by: Pastor Peter Lurvey (friend of the family) on: Jun 19, 2023

  • Erna was a delightful lady, She had a quiet spirit with a wonderful sense of humor. I so appreciated her work in the kitchen at church. I appreciated her warm smile. She has gone home to her well deserved reward. - Posted by: Beverley Buss (friend) on: Jun 19, 2023
