It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Claude Steeves, born April 9, 1939, in Carnduff, Saskatchewan. Claude was preceded in death by his wife Marlene; his parents, Elmer and Lila Steeves; sister Cheryl and brother Blaine; father and mother-in-law, Leslie Kovacs (Elizabeth).
Claude is survived by his daughter Wendy (Chuck) Rosner, sons Gord (Lorrie) Steeves, Glen (Allison) Steeves, and eight grandchildren, Matt, Alex and Ben Steeves, Sarah and Carissa Rosner, Abigail and Camille Steeves, and Hayden Dueck. He is also survived by his siblings, Blanche, Murray (Daphne), Glorhi (Bob) and Jake (Marilyn); brothers-in-law, Joe (Carol) Kovacs, Ken (Chrissy Kuzyk) Kovacs; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of Claude’s life will be held at the Coutu Funeral Home, 680 Archibald Street on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to share memories and sign the online book of condolences at ejcoutu.ca.
