It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Lorraine Frances Jack (nee Schmidt) on June 29, 2023, at the Grace Hospice at the age of 90 years.
Lorraine is survived by her son Danny (Maureen) and grandsons, Fraser and Elliot.
She was predeceased by her husband Crawford and daughter Laura.
Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will follow.

I came across this obituary by accident and am so very sorry to hear that 'Aunty Rainy' has passed away She was always my very special Auntie growing up. I fondly remember staying at her house with Danny and Laurie, going for fish and chips at the end of the street or packing into the VW Bug along with Yorkie heading out to the cabin at Gull Lake. I still remember many of the songs that we sang in the car on the way out there. Special memories indeed. I know that she is in a far better place, a place of peace and Love and free from the burden of pain.
