  • I enjoyed working with John for many years at the Rehab Center for Children. All that time he truly cared greatly about the work and improving the lives of children with disabilities. He got great joy talking about his family of whom he was very proud and his many sporting activities. When I spoke with him 2 weeks ago he was at peace with his life and an inspiration. May his memory be a blessing to all who loved him. - Posted by: Mike Forbes (co-worker) on: Jul 15, 2023

John was a great runner, an impressive climber of tall buildings, a sincere, kind friend and an all-round great guy. I’m sure his loss will be felt by all who knew him. - Posted by: Ginny Brown (AFRC Running Club friend) on: Jul 15, 2023
