ALVA SHEPPARD
Mrs. Alva Sheppard departed this life on August 22, 2023, at the age of 82 at Health Sciences Centre Women’s Hospital in Winnipeg, with family at her side.
Alva was the loving wife of Sherwin Sheppard [deceased], mother of Sherry [deceased] (Frederick [deceased]), Gail (Jerry), Sharon, Chedwin, Ingrid (Leonard), Shirley, Sherlock (Naomi), Sherlon, Selina, Sherwin, Stephanie [deceased]. Sister of Yvonne [deceased], Elaine, Eileen, Norma, Carl [deceased], Mervyn, Alvin, Merlin, Kelvin, Cassius, and sister-in-law of Barbara, Shirley, Jack, and Jeff. She was a grandmother to 24, and a great-grandmother to 19.
She will lovingly be remembered by many cousins, family, and friends.
Viewing and funeral service will take place at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, on Thursday, September 7, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
