It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Guy Mitchell Shead on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
Guy used his imagination to develop ambitious goals, and a generous heart to invest in what he loved most. His family.
Guy is predeceased by his Mom, Florence, who meant the world to him. He is survived by his father, John (Joyce); wife, Teresa; brother, Garth (Donna); sister Jodene (Bill); his children, Rachel and Andy, and step-children Brendan and Rya; his nieces and nephews, Nicole (Andrew), Ryan (Kandace), Graeme, Matthew, and Trevor; in-laws, and countless extended family and friends.
We grieve Guy’s passing, but his memory evokes deep gratitude for touching our lives in so many profound and generous ways. We are comforted in knowing that he is now with his Lord.

Guy is predeceased by his mother, Florence Shead.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa, his father, John, his children Andy and Rachel, his brother and sister, Garth and Jodene, and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.
A funeral service is planned for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept 23, 2023, at Covenant CRC at 653 Knowles Ave.
