PETER DUECK
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter “Pete” Dueck, age 90, of Oakbank, Manitoba. He died peacefully at Kin Place Personal Care Home on September 18, 2023, with his children by his side.
Pete was predeceased by his parents, David and Mary, loving wife Olive, brothers, Jake, David, Abe, and Henry, and sisters, Helen, Betty, and Marge.
Pete leaves to mourn a family he was immensely proud of: children, Brenda, Wanda, Darcy, Darren and their families. He is also survived by his siblings, John and Marie.
Pete was born in Altona, Manitoba and had a long career at Canada Packers until retiring in 1988.
A private service was held on September 22, 2023, at Oakbank United Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Oakbank United Church.
