Karen passed away October 26, 2023 in her sleep, at the age of 97.
She will be deeply missed by her two daughters, Audrey Wiebe (Al) and Coreen Henderson. Karen also had 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Joe Mascioli; and her first daughter Jovanna LeCren.

The notice of your Mom's passing brought me back to our connection that I had lost quite a few years ago. After Joe passed; your Mom would call me every lead up to Christmas to say hello and I cherished that continued connection. I have been wondering how Karen was doing. My parents were good friends with Joe and Karen when they were all busy working hard to build businesses. Always lots of fun at the Mascioli’s. Karen and Joe looked after me, with their 3 little girls, one summer when my parents took a trip to the USA for a week or two. They also held my parents' 25th anniversary party in their house on Churchill Drive. And of course, Joe sold me my first car, a Nash rambler, that lasted a year before it died!
