Keith John MacFarlane died peacefully on December 20, 2023, at Concordia Hospital, of complications related to Parkinson’s Disease.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, January 17 at 2:00 p.m. at the United Church in Meadowood. Full obituary to follow in the Saturday Free Press.

As my next door neighbour, Keith would play his bagpipes while I highland danced in the front yard. He inspired me and was my first bagpipe teacher. In our adult years I have fond memories of he and Nila supporting Laurel in her own highland dancing career.
