It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of John Northam.
John's memory will be cherished and missed by his loving wife Angela of 37 years; his daughters, Angelica (Derek) and Chaylene. He also leaves to mourn his grandsons, Keagen and Greyson, his sister Valerie Melvin, his sister-in-law Evelyn, Heidi and brother-in-law Manfred, his father-in-law Werner, many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents, Irene and George, brother Paul and mother-in-law Anneliese.
John loved playing his guitar and singing around a fire. John also loved sitting in the garage with the woodstove going with Angela by his side. Spending time with family and friends was everything to John. John retired from the City of Winnipeg after working there for 25 years. After retirement John and Angela opened their own business called John Northam Arena services. Angela would like to thank their staff for all the help after John's passing.
A celebration of John's life will be held in the summer of 2024. Johnny you will always be in our hearts.

I'm very sorry to learn of John's passing. We grew up together in Charleswood and spent many a day playing the guitar together, making batches of beer and hanging out.
