GARRY URBANOWSKI
Garry Urbanowski passed away peacefully on January 5, 2024, in Dauphin General Hospital.
Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Nellie, Garry is survived by sister Nadia Tkach (John) and brother David Urbanowski (Lesia), nephews, Kevin and Barry Urbanowski, Douglas and Robert Tkach, niece Carol Davis and friend Beth Smith.
Garry lived in Pine River for the majority of his 75 years. Although he worked in the family business, Urbanowski’s Garage, as a child, it became his full-time venture from the time he finished high school until his retirement in 2023.
Funeral Mass will be held January 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. from St. Viator's Roman Catholic Church in Dauphin, MB with Fr. Michel Nault officiating.
A private interment will follow in the spring.
Donations in Garry’s memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, Diabetes Canada or a charity of one's choice.
