Passed away after a 40-year battle with Crohn's disease on January 11, 2024, at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 52.
Tammy was born in Toronto. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Rylie, son Tanner, beloved father Tom, dear sisters, Kelly and Courtney and cherished grandson Jaxon. She was predeceased by her infant son Hunter (2004).
Tammy's family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Mass will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. A special thanks to the ICU staff at St. Mary's Hospital (Kitchener) and her dear friends Franny, Melva, Brittany and Joan. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Crohn's and Colitis Canada would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
