HAZEL OPAL POLLARD

February 2, 1935- January 13, 2024


It is with profound sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Hazel Opal Pollard on January 13, 2024, at the age of 88, surrounded by her loving family. Opal, a cherished mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt, leaves behind a legacy of warmth and love. Opal’s departure leaves a void that will be deeply felt, but her memory will be forever cherished.



The family extends gratitude to friends, relatives, and organizations, with a special acknowledgment to the compassionate doctors and nurses at the Grace Hospital for their exceptional care. A celebration of Opal’s remarkable life is scheduled for March 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Transcona Memorial United Church.
