Seeing Anne's obituary in Saturday's paper brought back memories from the past. I worked in the City Clerk's Department at the same time as she was working in the Mayor's Office. Our departments worked together as part of the team supporting the Mayor and Council of the City of Winnipeg and our paths crossed on many occasions in fulfilling this function. I remember her as a very pleasant lady and a person who was well suited and a compliment to the support of those Mayors she worked with. My condolences to her family on their loss. - Posted by: Douglas W King (Friend/Former Co-Worker) on: Mar 10, 2024

I was indeed saddened to learn that Ann had passed away. I had the privilege to work with Ann for almost 20 years. The staff in the Mayor's Office - the M.O. Group as we styled ourselves, was like a family and Ann was our mother. She was kind and personable and a pleasure to work with. I want to extend my sincere condolences to Candice and Corrie and their families. Dave Grant, Executive Assistant to Mayor's Juba, Steen, Norrie and Thompson. - Posted by: Dave Grant (Co-worker) on: Mar 02, 2024
