Maria Rosaria Anastasio passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the age of 80.
Maria was born on March 28, 1943, in Miglierina, Catanzaro, Italy. She is survived by her brothers, Giuseppe (Maria) and Mario, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Antonio and Teresa Anastasio, and sister-in-law, Giacomina Anastasio.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all the staff at Actionmarguerite St. Joseph for their exceptional care of Maria.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 2, at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Avenue with viewing and condolences starting at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow in the Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, 3990 Portage Avenue.
