Two years gone and so much to say.
Words cannot summarize the way I think of you, every day.
Several places traveled and a degree gained.
All these feats I made while trying to experience life again.
The dawn breaks each morning, new days come and go.
Seasons change and nature grows.
Grief will ebb and grief will flow, all this said, I still miss you so.
Although I shed some tears when memories arise, I know you are holding me, despite my cries.
I take comfort you are with me
on every plane.
You will always be my Grammie,
your honeybun I will always remain.
