MICHEL A. LEMOINE

April 10,1946 - May 4, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Michel.

Michel will be missed by his brothers and sisters, Gérald, Diane (Aurèle Touzin), Lorraine (Richard Dumesnil), Claudette, Normand (Pauline), Adrien, Germain and Noël.

Michel was predeceased by his parents, Henri and Ida (née Paquette), his brothers and sisters, Gilbert, Wilfrid, Jeannette and Marguerite. Also our sister-in-law Edna Lemoine and brothers-in-law, Reg Sembaluk and Rick Spruston.

Being raised on the family farm he had a strong work ethic. When he left the farm he worked for Cambridge Dairies and the for the City of Winnipeg for many years until his retirement. Over the years he made many close friends that became his second family. He enjoyed morning coffee with the group in the apartment block, taking bus trips, and Bingo night.

Michel loved family gatherings, was an excellent cook and loved to host Christmas dinners. We will miss his cheesecakes!

In keeping with Michel’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.

If friends so desire, donations in memory of Michel may be made to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.
