We are saddened to announce the passing of Neil Edward Cohen, age 74, on June 24, 2024, at the Riverview Health Centre after a brief illness.
Neil was predeceased by his devoted parents, Rube and Ettie Cohen, sister Susan Kahanovitch, and brother-in-law Phil Kahanovitch. Left to mourn with loving memories are his brother Michael Cohen (Kes), nephews, Joshua Kahanovitch (Aiden) and Aaron Cohen (Shannon) and extended family and friends.
Neil was a gentle soul, gregarious and friendly, always with a happy smile and greeting for everyone he met. He will be sadly missed.
The family would like to thank the staffs of the Grace Hospital and Riverview Health Centre for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and support to Neil.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 at the Rosh Pina Cemetery, 2795 Main Street, Winnipeg.
