Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLINDA HOPE WEBSTER
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Linda Hope Webster on June 13, 2024, at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 77.
Linda is survived by her children, Trevor and Mikali, and their respective families. Linda enjoyed and shared a wonderful marriage of over 50 years with her husband, George, who passed away in 2017. They cherished many years together at their cottage in Whiteshell Provincial Park, especially in retirement and later in life as snowbirds at their winter residence in Tucson, Arizona.
Linda wanted to thank those who provided her with friendship and support over the last few years, she appreciated all of you very much.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice in her memory. Two of her favourites were the Canadian Cancer Society and the Winnipeg Humane Society.
In keeping with Linda's wishes, there will be a private celebration of her life.

My husband, Doug, and our whole family are extremely sorry and saddened to know that we won’t see our beautiful Linda again…..we all loved her. With our growing families we tend to lose time for our extended loved ones. But, We feel blessed that we were able to share many happy times with Linda. One of my favourite was the time she spent a few days at our cottage. She had put all the kids into the bedroom and was telling them a bedtime story. Of course, Linda was making up the story as she went along and it was hilarious for all of us. I am the oldest cousin and helped my Auntie Thelma with her kids so they have a special place in my heart. I did have a nice phone visit with Linda last fall and was planning on getting together with her, our daughters and my sisters for lunch soon. We were away for six months and just catching up. She was jovial and never indicated she was ill. To the family…..please know that we loved your mom and share your loss. We pray God will keep all of you in the palm of his hand and bring you peace. Our most sincere condolences. - Posted by: Elinore Loos (Cousin ) on: Jul 07, 2024
