STEPHEN THOMAS MOORE

Stephen, born on October 3, 1967, in Belfast, N. Ireland, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 30, 2024. He was a friendly, kind, quiet, and gentle soul who would help anyone in need. Known for his quick smile and infectious laugh, he had a great sense of humour and a love for his friends and family.

Stephen worked as a truck driver, a career that allowed him to embrace his love for the open road. He also had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying camping and hiking whenever he could. His golden retriever, Bob, who passed away a few years ago, was his devoted companion and brought him immense joy.

He was predeceased by his father, John Moore. He leaves behind his loving mother, Anne Moore, his devoted sisters, Sharon (Noel) Labossiere and Jackie (David) Towle, many nieces and nephews, and extended family. He will be fondly remembered by his family in Canada and Ireland, as well as his many friends.

Stephen was known for being a loyal and dependable friend. He cherished the close friendships he built over the years, always making time for his friends and being there for them in times of need. His friends were equally good to him, providing unwavering support and companionship.

Stephen touched many lives with his kindness and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I was so sorry to hear of Stephen's passing. I lived next door to his Mom and Dad and would chat with Stephen when he came over to help in the yard. I actually first met him when he lived there for a time when his Mom and Dad were away in Ireland and he was taking care of their house. Such a nice and friendly person..always pleasant and smiling. I was fortunate to have met him. My condolences to the family - Posted by: Darlene (Neighbor) on: Jul 10, 2024
