Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKEITH WILLIAM DICKSON
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Keith William Dickson on July 3, 2024 at the age of 56 years.
Keith will be infinitely missed by his principessa, Milva and his son and padawan, Noel. He will be lovingly remembered by his father, Kenneth Dickson, sister Deidre (Marc) Perron, brother-in-law Ed Strappazzon, nieces Amber-Lee (Braden), Kaylene (Levi), LeeAnn (Jeremy), Rylie, nephew Dillon, and his fur friend Kyle. Keith was pre-deceased by his mother Dorene Dickson, father and mother-in-law Arturo and Natalina Strappazzon and sister-in-law Nancy Strappazzon.
Keith was born October 23, 1967, in Thompson, Manitoba. In his earlier years he played hockey, enjoyed fishing and trapping with his father, competing in flour packing and Nickel Day competitions, fishing derbies and participating in winter festival activities. Even as an enthusiastic outdoorsman, Keith always looked forward to being welcomed home with the scent of his mother’s delicious baking and home cooked meals. He was employed as a Diamond Driller before returning to college to further his education and career in Information Technology. In April 1992, on one of his many trips to Winnipeg, he serendipitously encountered the love of his life, and he of hers, Milva. Married in October 1997, they spent several wonderful years together before moving to Winnipeg, where they were blessed with the birth of their beautiful son, Keith’s greatest pride and joy, Noel.
In the last five years Keith unfortunately, endured pain and ill health but persevered through it all with steadfast determination and an undying love for his family. He was an avid movie and video game enthusiast; he enjoyed many genres be it fantasy and horror or science fiction and an appreciation of all superheroes and villains alike. To his family, Keith was every bit the superhero that he so enjoyed watching, as he dealt with the many obstacles he was presented.
In keeping with Keith’s wishes there will be no funeral services. Rather he would wish you remember him with humour and love and in his memory consider a random act of kindness to someone in need.
The family wishes to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has reached out to us with expressions of sympathy and compassion, we are sincerely blessed. Special thanks to Zio Ed our words diminish how incredibly grateful we are for your continued selfless support.

What a wonderful tribute to man that kept my dear friend, Milva's heart. I have so many fond memories of times together, in Winnipeg and Thompson. Memories filled with laughter and sharing.
