ELIZABETH ELSIE TUPPER

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Elizabeth Elsie Tupper, on September 18, 2024 following a long battle with Alzheimer’s. We want to thank the staff at Oakview Extendicare for taking excellent care of her.

Our mother was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Ross Tupper in 2022. Elizabeth is survived by her five children, Deborah Cooper (Paul), Dwayn Olson (Nancy), Dawn Gayle (Raymond), Anthony Blair, Abby Higgs along with four step-children, Lori Swanson (Randy), Colleen Tupper (Rocky), Janice Dalmyn (Brad), Kevin Tupper (Melissa) and grandchildren, Paul, Janelle, Landon, Kaitlyn, Nicole, Tanner and Maggie; as well as many great grandchildren.

Unfortunately, in the last few years of our mother’s life, she lived her worst nightmare, losing her joy of life, love of traveling in the RV with her husband Ross, by losing her thoughts, memories and motor skills to Vascular Dementia. Liz also loved getting together with family and friends, shopping, playing cards and dominos.

Along with immense sadness comes a certain amount of relief for her family, knowing that she will be made whole again and reunited with her loving husband Ross and many friends and family that passed before her.

There are no formal funeral services scheduled at this time, we ask that you share any personal stories and memories on-line.
