MARILYN JEAN MILLER

June 27, 1947 - October 5, 2024

Marilyn Miller, aged 77 years, passed away very peacefully, at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB., after having suffered a fall in late August.

She was the daughter of Angus and Kay (Moffat) Miller of Winnipeg. Her early schooling was in Winnipeg and she lived for several years at the former Manitoba School in Portage La Prairie. She moved to Steinbach in the early 1960’s and worked at Kindale Industries until her retirement.

In Steinbach she lived with and was lovingly cared for by Liz Reimer for over 25 years. She then moved to live with enVision Community Living, in whose care she remained until her passing. Although Marilyn's family and friends are scattered across Canada and beyond, she always remained very close to them.

Marilyn lived with challenges which increased as she got older. She met them with determination, attention to routine, occasionally with fury, and often with a fine sense of humour. She was a loving sister, aunt, great-aunt, and friend. She will be missed by all of us.

Marilyn's family sincerely thank all the wonderful enVision staff members who have assisted and loved Marilyn over the years. You were her family too.

Cremation has taken place.
