It is with great sadness that we announce that Ian passed away on October 9th, 2024, at the Victoria General Hospital, with family by his side.
Ian was predeceased by his parents, George and Constance McDougall, and brothers-in-law, Harry Neufeld and Larry Chambers.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Edna, children, Shannon and Ryan (Erin) and his grandson, Sullivan. He is also survived by his sisters, Carol and Joyce (Jim), brothers-in-law, Lawrence (Nicole) and Jim (Barb) Neufeld as well as several nieces and nephews.
Ian will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held at the Fort Garry Legion, Branch 90, 762 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Sunday October 27th from 1:00pm until 4:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson Canada.
