Brian Bale and my late husband Jack Irwin met through very good friends of theirs & ours (Ludy & Ruth Jarco). Brian & Jack hit it off as they both had businesses in the trades. Sometimes Jack & Brian would work together and their friendship was sealed, My heart goes out to the families and my condolences at this very difficult time. We only met Bryan a few years ago at Birthday celebrations for his grandchildren, but we had several conversations with him at these events. One thing that my wife and I will always associate with Bryan was his love for Jeannies Bakery Cakes. We had a good chuckle over it, as it is also a favourite of my wife's, her mother, and her grandmother. Some bonds can never be broken! - Posted by: Grant McVicar (Friends of Lise and Bruce) on: Oct 28, 2024

My deepest condolences to Bruce, Eric, Lise and the three grandchildren. Bryan and I were friends over the past 69 years. I have many fond memories of our times together and I will miss our visits when returning to Winnipeg as well as our phone calls as we lived many miles apart. Rest in peace dear friend, Bryan. - Posted by: Gerry Mitchell (Life long friend) on: Oct 19, 2024
