Agapita peacefully joined the Lord on October 6, 2024.
Agapita was born in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. She and her husband Mark raised three boys and moved from the Philippines to Canada. Pat held numerous positions from healthcare aid to production line operator.
Agapita loved her family and enjoyed gardening, traveling and knitting.
Agapita will be joining her husband, Mark and son Marcelino at home with the Lord. Her legacy continues with her children Jessie (Melissa), Jerry (Marie-Anne), daughter-in-law Marjorie, grandchildren Matthew (Wendy), Michael, Mark, Julian, Cassandra, Cole, great grandchild Amelia, and many sisters-in-laws, nephews and nieces too numerous to list but not forgotten.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Charleswood Care Centre for their care.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation may be made in lieu of flowers.
