Norm Philippe passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at his residence in Carman, Manitoba at the age of 70 years.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Carman, on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. The service will be available to view via live streaming at www.afh.ca
